The Rule of Law dictates that Governments, people are juristic persons must be conducted according to the Law. The basic Law, the constitution, normally describes the relationships between the judicial, legislative executive branches. It can explain how parliaments may legislate and mentions basic human rights and civil liberties.
Since 1932, Thailand had 17 constitutions and charters. Constitutions were adopted in 1932, 1946, 1949, 1952, 1968, 1974, 1976, 1978, 1991, 1997 and the actual constitution in 2007.
