A Power of Attorney is an acknowledgment made by a grantor to a grantee. It gives the grantee the powers mentioned in order to act on behalf of the grantor for some purposes.
In Thailand, a Power of Attorney will normally require another document to be accepted by the authorities. For Thais, it's normally a copy of the Thai ID signed, or for a Foreigner, a copy of his/her passport signed.
You will find samples and examples of Power of Attorneys in our FREE THAI DOCUMENTS SECTION.
