We always been leader in law firm and technology in Thailand.

In 2006, Mr Sebastien H. Brousseau started the first law firm specialized with expats in Isaan, the NorthEast Thailand with a population of about 20 million people.

In 2008, Mr. Brousseau wrote an article about “Everything you want to know about usufructs in Thailand” and was one of the first to register usufruct in several provinces and about 50 districts of Thailand. Before that, it was almost never used.

In 2011, Mr. Sebastien H. Brousseau was probably the first foreign lawyer on Youtube in Thailand:

In 2014-2015, he was involved in surrogacy trying to help hundreds of foreigners having problems with the new law.

in 2016, he wrote about Digital Nomads in Thailand which was not a topic really discussed.

In 2019, he helped to eased Thai law about TM30 and fought for expats in Thailand.

In 2021, he was one of the first to write and the legal impacts and cryptocurrencies in Thailand.
